When a Development Company can obtain part of the funds it needs to complete a project from investors rather than the bank, this reduces the holding costs, improves serviceability and maximises profits. This in turn allows the Development Company to share its profits with the investors.
Investors deposit their money into an independently managed fund and receive units or shares reflecting the investment structure of their project. Investors then receive ongoing distributions into their bank account and upon full project completion the original investment capital will be distributed to investors.
